Items shipped by us can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. After 14 days, we are unable to accept any return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for sale items. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs we have incurred are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
